Marabu Clearshield® Classic is a water-based liquid clear-coat that offers UV-protection, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility to any print. ClearShield® Classic is formulated for use with a wide range of non-water-sensitive media such as banner or self-adhesive vinyl and all solvent, eco-solvent, Latex and UV inks
Benefits :
ClearShield® liquid coatings offer the same protection as film laminates while saving as much as 60% in production costs. Liquid coating is easy to use and does not require expensive equipments. In contrast to lamination films, there is no risk of bubbling or misalignment with liquid coating.

Application Method :
Manual application : Roll the clearshield coating onto the prints using a short-nap roller or a white high-density foam roller. Apply two layers, waiting approximately an hour in-between to complete drying.
