The original part number 21895153, which has since been discontinued, and the discontinued part number 21895154 are both comprised solely of the block (without the rail). This is the full block with ball bearings mounted in. This block is only suitable for your printer when you use the SSR15 rail. Please refer to spare part LWES15C3R220Q if your printer has an LWES15 linear bearing with LWES15Q blocks.
