Description

This optional Z-axis Spacer for use with i1iO table adds an additional 23 mm of clearance between the surface of the scanning table and the measurement device allowing for the measurement of substrates measuring up to 33 mm thick.

  • Additional 20mm height for a robotic arm
  • Allows measurement of media 33mm thick
  • Spacers can be stacked for even more height to measure thicker materials
